What’s On at St Werburghs City Farm…

Guided Bird Walks, 13th and 16th May
There aren’t many parts of the city where a dawn chorus walk is possible so this is a great opportunity to experience and celebrate what St Werburghs has to offer!
Ed Drewit is going to lead two walks over Narroways and down into Boiling Wells helping us to determine which species we are hearing as we go.

Evening Chorus. SUNDAY 13th MAY 8.30pm
For those who’d prefer not to have such an early start he is also going to lead an evening chorus walk on Sun 13th May Starting at 8.30 pm. The birds are not quite as noisy at this time as they can be in the morning but there should still be plenty of activity to see.

Dawn Chorus. WEDNESDAY 16th MAY 5.30am
For those early birds who want to make the most of this we recommend the Dawn Chorus walk on Thurs 10th May – this is a 5.30am start but its going to be worth it as this is when the birds are at their most active.

The cost of either walk is £5 and includes a cuppa once we get down to the Boiling Wells site. Places are limited so booking is essential. Please call Steph at the Farm on 0117 942 82 41 for more information or to reserve your place.
