Community Room
The Community Room is situated yards from the main Farm site next to our amazing new green playground. Built like a hobit house, the room is bright, clean and offers a great space within a green oasis for a party, gathering, meeting, training event or other activity.
The room is 36m2 which offers space for approximately 25 adults seated or 35 people standing. The room has 15 adult chairs & 8 little chairs, fold away tables, sink facilities, a kettle, cups and tea spoons etc. Additional chairs/tables can be sought if required. There are no cooking facilities in this room however refreshments or a buffet service from the cafe can be arranged. We can also offer long-term storage for materials at an additional price if you are block booking sessions.

NB: 1. ½ day sessions are available in the following time slots: 9am to 1pm; 1.30pm to 5.30pm; 6pm to 10pm
2. 20% discount offered for group/business hire that book a series of 12 ½ day sessions or more.
Prices are correct as of 1/1/2012. Prices may change and the management has the right to cancel an event at any time.
Conditions of Hire
- Payment must be paid in full before the events starts.
- A deposit of £50 is required for all events taking place outside of office hours. This can be redeemed upon the return of the Community Building keys.
- Those hiring the building must tidy the building after use, including sweeping & mopping the floor, removing all rubbish and recycling and washing all dishes used.
- The building must be hired for a minimum of 2 hours per booking and a 30 minute gap must be left between bookings for Farm access or cleaning.
- There are no cooking facilities available.
You are welcome to bring any decorations / balloons etc, but please take everything down afterwards. Please book enough time to set-up and clean-up.
